Are Lordship Salvationists arbitrary on which habitual sins demonstrate unregeneracy?

I saw a video of Ray Comfort telling a drunk Christian who professed to trust in Christ that they're going to hell in their current state, but I'm sure Ray didn't love God with all his heart, soul, and mind that day.

Is there ever a day we keep Christ's most important commandment? I think you could call that habitual sin or a pattern of sin.
