Buying a case of Bibles

This is sort of a two-pronged question:

1) Where is the best place to buy Bibles by the case (though we'd probably just start with one case)? My initial Google search turned up christianbook.com as the most likely candidate, but I'd love to hear other suggestions.

2) Our deacon board is looking to purchase Bibles to give to people requesting assistance when we visit them. Does anyone have experience doing this, and would you recommend getting paperback copies (there seem to be some ESV ones that have a description of the plan of salvation in the back) or hardcover ones (more like pew Bibles)? Anything to take into consideration?

Thanks.
