Church search in Austin, TX

Hey, y'all, I'm new to the sub, and I'm probably getting way ahead of myself right now, but I've been on a job search for months and have finally gotten my first interview, a phone interview tomorrow morning for a company in downtown Austin. I obviously don't have an offer, but I'm suddenly very seriously considering moving to the city, and one part of very seriously considering it is figuring out what the landscape is as far as churches go.

So I'm open to suggestions. My desiderata are as follows:

NON-NEGOTIABLE:

  1. Submits to Christ in doctrine and in practice.
  2. Committed to missions and discipleship.
  3. Will allow a "mixed" (paedobaptist father, credobaptist mother) family to join (in my experience, this rules out basically every Reformed Baptist church I've ever visited, although I am open to exceptions)

DESIRED:

  1. Engaged in racial reconciliation. I've been really diving into the Reformed African American Network lately, and the Lord has convinced me that this is an area where the denominations my family has been a part of (PCA and SBC) often fall short. A church doesn't necessarily have to be multiethnic (especially not if the neighborhood isn't multiethnic), but I do want a church that is willing to seriously examine its own cultural prejudices and repent of the points at which they run contrary to the Gospel.

  2. Located somewhere that is livable for someone who works in downtown Austin and doesn't have a six-figure salary, bonus if it's a more diverse neighborhood.

  3. Weekly communion. This is lowest on the totem pole, but it's something that's a big plus in my eyes.

Thanks in advance!
