Does 1 Corinthians 5:11 apply to those who struggle with pornography?

Just a question I’ve been wrestling with lately. I think the answer hinges on the definition of the Greek word “porneia”

I believe we should avoid associating with any believer involved with unrepentant pornography habits, but does it change how we interact with someone who repents, but continues to struggle and “relapse”? I look forward to your responses.
