How does knowledge of the soverignty of God change the way you live?

God is sovereign over your entire life. For a reformed Christian, everything is theological. Christ is King over every mundane detail of your life. Not just when you do "Christian" things like going to church, reading your bible and praying. For a reformed Christian your whole life is a prayer. Christ is King over everything you do.

How does this change the way you live compared to before you were reformed or compared if you weren't reformed. Mainstream evangelical Christianity seems to normally make a seperation in your life between spiritual things and non-spiritual things. I think for a reformed Christian there is no such seperation.
