I think there is agreement that Christ reigns now and that his Kingdom will grow and is growing. Now, the point that seems to be truly debated, as suggested by these articles (http://www.reformedreader.org/engelsma12.htm and http://www.reformedreader.org/engelsma13.htm) is that the difference is in whether the Kingdom grows just spiritually or also carnally. How do you make sense of this issue and what in scripture backs up your view?
