Keeping the fourth commandment on vacation

Hoping to start a discussion here about how to best honour the Lord's day on vacation. Those of you who hold to a reformed understanding of the fourth commandment (Ex. Heidelberg catechism Lord's day 38), do you eat out at restaurants on vacation? Do you stay in hotels on Sunday? Do you take the day off from activities?

I think it's fairly easy to not go to restaurants on Sunday, traveling or not; just make your own food. However, as I'm planning an extended trip to South America currently, I've been pondering hotels. Is staying at a hotel on a Sunday needlessly making someone work? Or am I getting too far into the weeds here…..
