What are your exceptions to your confession?

In my denomination, when a man who feels called to ministry has taken two sets of exams already, he has to go before the Presbytery for his licensure exams. Here, the Candidates committee chairman, who has administered the last two sets of exams, will ask representative questions of what the man has been asked before. Then the entire presbytery is permitted to ask questions, one by one, until there are none left.

One of the representative questions from the committee chairman is always:

"Do you have any exceptions to, or scruples with, the Westminster Standards?"

So, /r/reformed: Do you have any exceptions to, or scruples with, your denominational/preferential standards? If so, what are they?

In your comment, mention which confession you adhere to, and then list out any exceptions or scruples you have with it. Consider also adding a basic biblical rationale for your position.

P.S. I'm not looking to argue, and I sincerely ask that none of you do either. Take all that to /r/reformedfightclub. I'm simply curious to see what exceptions we may have out there in the sub.
