What Disqualifies Someone from Serving in the Church/Ministry?

Hello everyone. The title says most of it but I’ll elaborate. What particular sins disqualify a man from service in the Church in the role? If these sins were in the past, years ago, and have since been repented of can someone’s eligibility for the ministry be out of the question or is a man’s present and more recent spiritual life the basis for eligibility?

I’m not sure if it differs for each role (Deacon, elder, head preacher, etc) so if it does I’d appreciate someone breaking it down.

I appreciate any responses. Thank you!
