What to call a new acquaintance who is a Roman Catholic priest?

Mostly through some work networking, I've recently become friends with a priest at the Catholic church in town (parish?). I don't really feel comfortable calling him father, but I also don't really feel comfortable enough to call him by his first name. (He's about my dad's age). I don't want to call him Mr. [last name] to belittle his professional title, would reverend [last name] work?

Any tips?

This is my first experience in this situation, but I do have a friend who's an anglican priest, but I've known him since we were in middle school, so I just call him by his first name. Or actually a nickname that he's been for the last 15 years.

Edit: He's not a Hypepriest, so "brahhh" is out of the question
