Would you date a nominal Christian?

I know people don't like the term nominal / lukewarm and only God knows who is truly saved, but I'm wondering what the thought process here is on dating a "project" let's say someone says they are a Christian and believes that Jesus is God, and died for their sins. Let's say they have a desire to want to read/pray/go to church. But perhaps they are no where near as "mature" or "holy" or "Godly/God Fearing" as other Christian girls/guys you know. Would you consider dating them? Or would you just pray for them? This person has a desire to follow Christ but needs a better Christian influence in their life. How do I deal with this situation.
